shares of Venktesulu G, Doraswamy NAIDU G and Narayanamma P.(promoter Group) were pledged in favour of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (APIDC) as security for Buyback equity investment made by APIDC in Regent Agro Products Limited (the Company). Due to the Companys inability to buy back the equity investment in accordance with the agreed terms, APIDC invoked the pledge on 29.12.2025 and transferred the pledged shares to its own account.
